Catalyst support and purification materials with catalyst support

We are developing catalyst supports and catalyst-loaded purification materials.
We are developing supports with high specific surface area to support catalysts. Porous materials with high specific surface area are mixed with various auxiliary materials to form clay. The main porous material is selected according to the required performance, such as activated carbon or zeolite-based materials, and the resulting clay is formed into honeycomb-structured block bodies that serve as supports. For catalyst-supported purification materials, we have been developing purification materials loaded with catalytic substances including metals and metal oxides such as silver and titanium dioxide for implementation in exhaust gas treatment equipment and other applications.

Development of CO2 adsorption/desorption type recovery system

We are developing carbon dioxide (CO2) adsorption/desorption type collectors and ancillary equipment for CO2 removal by adsorbing and desorbing CO2 at room temperature, as well as for utilizing CO2 that has been concentrated to a high concentration.
Zeolite-based materials are widely known as general CO2 adsorption materials, but there is a problem that their performance is greatly degraded by moisture in the air. Our CO2 adsorption material is not adversely affected by moisture and maintains high CO2 adsorption performance even in high humidity environments, making it suitable for CO2 recovery from the atmosphere.

VOC treatment equipment and adsorbent

We are developing adsorbents and treatment equipment used to remove volatile organic compounds (VOCs) from the exhaust air of factories and other production facilities and to recover high-purity solvents. Our VOC adsorbents and treatment equipment can physically adsorb and collect VOCs on activated carbon or inorganic adsorbents (zeolite, etc.) By using VOC treatment equipment, VOCs can be recovered from exhaust gas and clean gas can be released into the atmosphere. It can also be used to collect VOCs generated in various processes in a booth with high air purity and circulate clean air back into the booth. We have developed VOC adsorbents and treatment equipment that are particularly good at removing low-concentration VOCs.
